We had a great stay at the Ritzenhof. It was a beautiful hotel. The service and food was outstanding. And it was close to many ski areas. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend it and would enjoy staying there again.

Extremely friendly and helpful personnel that aims to make your stay the best it can be.
Breakfast food is fresh, delicious and huge variety of it. Waffles on request, boiled eggs even have smiley faces on them and on each table there is a daily brochure with weather forecast, variety of today's activities and trip suggestions.
Staff makes you feel welcome and adds personal touch to whatever they do, for example in the evenings there is a guided Finnish sauna session by Gerhard & Istvan. Starts with a round of drinks which you can also request, background music and raising the temperature inside with fragrant ice and water. It's not just sitting, Gerhard directs waves of hot damp air with a towel and encourages you to stay longer, but not to push your luck with overheating. After that - a bucket of cold wash over water if you wish so.
If you arrive late and forgot to warn about it - there will be someone to help you out after pressing the "SOS" button.
Hot tea in SPA area are delicious and a nice variety to choose from. But best part is the people, you can really talk to them! Hello Sarah, Gerhard, Maria, Istvan, Sabrina, Kiera & Floe - you are all wonderful and I wish you good luck every step of the way :)
Great place with a SPA, lounge area near the lake! Very delicious breakfast and especially 5 courses dinner. Friendly service, comfortable rooms, fabulous view. The only one thing I didn’t like was lighting in the second (dark) restaurant area, not very comfortable to spend there long time.
This is one of the best hotels ever visited. Service was just GREAT. Their morning breakfest was super as the dinner. During lunch they often had some soup and it was also perfect. Near from hotel to go for slalom and country cross skiing. At hotel they have a very very nice SPA, 10 points of 10. The accomondation was jus nice.
